Restructured PODIUM with the goal to turn this venture from a COVID short-run moneymaker
to the next wave of SPINCO success.
With a focus on community engagement and inclusivity, I took on social media that showcased female empowerment through the feed, and community inclusion on the story. With this structure as well as revisions to instructor on-the-bike acting and virtual engagement we gained in Canadian and US popularity with an international community of
positive and empowering athletes.
With a deep understanding of the PODIUM market and community, I was able to leverage human design language and emotional design to instill a dedicated, almost "cult-like" following
in just a few months.
